April 2001 REP Workshop

REP Relations hosted its second REP workshop on Thursday, April 12, 2001 at Energy Plaza in Dallas. Thirty-nine individuals representing fourteen of the new Retail Electric Providers and the Public Utility Commission attended the one-day workshop. Presentation subjects included:

  • Pilot Project and discussion topics on Customer Data
  • System Testing
  • Customer Care
  • Delivery Service Tariffs
  • Outage Notification
  • Meter Services
  • ERCOT Protocols

The workshop also allowed team members from the REP Relations team and Distribution Operations organizations to become better aquatinted with their new customers, the Retail Electric Providers. Also during the workshop, the REP Relations team captured all unanswered or pending questions for future research and response.
