Land Developers
Commercial or residential land developers work with a Oncor project manager for electric infrastructure design and construction.
Project managers are assigned a geographic territory. If you have developments in different sections of the metroplex and/or in non-metro areas, you will probably deal with more than one project manager.
Project managers are a developer's point of contact for:
- Determining financial participation
- Estimating load profiles
- Determining temporary service requirements
- Locating existing facilities
- Design and construction of permanent facilities
- Coordinating project schedules
- Conducting final walk-through
