Nora Mead Brownell

Nora Mead Brownell
Commissioner Brownell is a former Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) member, nominated by President George W. Bush. After leaving FERC, Brownell started BC Strategies and now serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Comverge Inc., an energy technology company, and Spectra Energy Partners. She was recently appointed to the Board of Lean Green Energy Fund which invests in clean energy projects in North America. She also publishes her thoughts about energy, technology and regulatory issues on her energy blog. Brownell has been a member of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission and acting Executive Director of the Regional Performing Arts Center in Philadelphia, a major arts and economic development initiative. She previously served as the Senior Vice President for Meridian Bancorp, Inc.'s Corporate Affairs Unit and also was Deputy Executive Assistant to the former Pennsylvania Gov. Richard Thorburgh.

Thomas M. Dunning

Thomas M. Dunning
Chairman of Lockton Dunning Benefits is very active in business, civic, political and non-profit organizations in both Dallas and Texas. He serves on the board as immediate past chairman of the Dallas Citizens Council, Vice Chairman of the State Fair of Texas, and board member of Southwestern Medical Foundation and Baylor Medical Foundation. Dunning has received numerous awards including Dallas' most prestigious honor, the LINZ Award (1999), the Volunteer Center's Servant Leader Award (2002), the Neiman Marcus Downtown Dallas Renaissance Award (2003), The Natural Leader Award from the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Dallas (2004), and the Equal Justice Award from Legal Aid of North West Texas (2005). Dunning has served as Chairman of the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport Board, Dallas Assembly, Dallas Alliance, Dallas Together Forum, Vice Chair of the Dallas Park and Recreation Board and was appointed Homeless Czar by the Mayor in 2004 - 2005. He has been appointed by Texas Governors to serve as Chairman of the Texas Water Development Board and on the boards of the Texas Department of Transportation, Texas Department of Human Services and Texas Department of Criminal Justice.

Robert A. Estrada

Robert A. Estrada
Chairman of the Board of Estrada Hinojosa & Company, Inc., an investment banking firm he co-founded in 1992. Since its inception, the firm has been involved in municipal bond underwritings totaling more than $70 billion and has provided financial advisory services on financings totaling more than $30 billion. In addition to its Dallas headquarters, Estrada Hinojosa has offices in Houston, San Antonio, Miami and San Diego. Estrada is a member of the Board of Directors of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas. For three years ending in 2000, Estrada served on the Board of Directors of the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board (MSRB), a self-regulatory organization which sets standards for the municipal securities industry. Estrada was designated Chairman of the MSRB during his third year on the Board. Estrada is on the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of the Greater Dallas Chamber of Commerce, active in the Dallas Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, and on the boards of numerous arts and cultural affairs organizations. In 1989 and again in 2005, Hispanic Business magazine named Bob Estrada among the 100 Most Influential Hispanics in America. Estrada is also past chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Municipal Advisory Council of Texas (the "MAC").

Monte F. Ford

Monte F. Ford
Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer for AMR Corp., the Fort Worth-based parent company of American Airlines, since 2001. Ford spent his entire career in and around technology, including Bank of Boston, Associates First Capital in Texas, and Digital Equipment Corp. In 1983, Ford helped to found the Environmental Energy and Nutritional Learning Center (EENLC) in Boston and has since served in various capacities of service, including the Dallas Opera Board, and Children's Medical Center of Dallas. Ford has strong ties to Tarrant County, serving Baylor Regional Medical Center (Grapevine), St. John Church Building Committee ($14 million) project, Vice President of Youth Football (Southlake) and many more groups, activities, and fundraisers. Ford has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Northeastern University.

William Temple Hill, Jr.

William Temple Hill, Jr.
A Southern Methodist University and SMU Law School graduate, who served as the Dallas District Attorney and the Chief Prosecuting Attorney of the Dallas District Attorney's office. Hill was named a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers in 1992. During his tenure at the District Attorney's office, Hill restructured the office of 250 lawyers and 150 support personnel, including the computerization of the office in 1999. Hill recently joined the Dallas criminal defense firm of Fitzpatrick Hagood Smith & Uhl, where he will be of counsel. For more than four decades, Hill has been a strong community leader serving on a number of charitable boards and receiving numerous civic awards, including President of the SMU Mustang Board of Directors and Chairman of the Doak Walker Running Back Award its first year. Hill currently serves on the Baylor Hospital Foundation board, and is actively involved in the Mercy Street Mission as the Director of Strategic Initiatives. Mercy Street is a Christian-based organization serving West Dallas children by placing mentors with the children.

Jeffrey Liaw

Jeffrey Liaw
Jeffrey Liaw is active in TPG's Energy and Industrial investing practice area. Before joining TPG Energy, he worked for Bain Capital in their Industrials practice. Liaw is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and received his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. Liaw is a member of the board of both EFH (formerly TXU Corp.), and of Graphic Packaging, Inc.

Marc S. Lipschultz

Marc S. Lipschultz
Partner at Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co where he is one of the heads of KKR's Energy and Natural Resources group and leads the Firm's efforts in the power sector. He has played a leading role in KKR's investments in International Transmission Company, Texas Genco and Energy Future Holdings. He is a member of the board of EFH. Lipschultz also serves on the boards of the American Enterprise Institute, Bard College, and the Center for Curatorial Studies, Common Good and the Private Equity Council. He received an A.B. from Stanford University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Bob Shapard

Bob Shapard
Chairman and CEO of Oncor, Shapard is focused on achieving the objectives of industry-leading reliability, customer service and cost productivity. He is also overseeing Oncor's infrastructure investment program, which is focused on transmission and distribution network expansion and upgrades, including the largest deployment of automated meters in the state and other new digital technologies across the network. A native of Texas, Shapard has a wealth of operating, financial and leadership experience from past positions. He earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from Texas Tech University and is a certified public accountant.

Richard W. Wortham, III

Richard W. Wortham, III
Chairman, CEO and Trustee of The Wortham Foundation, Inc. which is a private philanthropic foundation based in Houston, with assets of approximately $260 million. The Foundation is exclusively dedicated to the support and development of the cultural fabric of greater Houston, including parks and green space. In addition, Wortham has served, for the past nine years, as a Trustee of The Hirtle Callaghan Trust, which is a family of mutual funds with current assets in the range of $8 billion. Wortham is a Life Trustee and Treasurer of The Museum of Fine Arts, Houston and serves on the Audit, Finance and Executive Committees. Recently The Museum of Fine Arts, Houston established a Latin American department which Wortham helped develop and currently serves as the Chairman of the Latin American Subcommittee. The Museum has an endowment of approximately $1.5 billion and is considered one of the most important museums in the country. Wortham has served as a trustee of the museum for approximately twenty five years. Wortham also is a trustee of the Center for Curatorial Studies at Bard College which is based in Annandale-on-Hudson, New York. Wortham is a graduate of Yale University.
